The dryer is a specially made machine consisting of a roller. The purpose of the dryer is to dry the products from any moisture in order to proceed with their sorting. The machine has been designed to be adapted to today’s needs, i.e. to achieve high performance with low fuel and electricity consumption.
General Machine Analysis:
- The external parts of the machine are made with painted metal sheets and beams, welded and/or screwed.
- Machine’s bases height is adjustable
- STANDOX triple coating paint
- Galvanized rollers F48 and jagged spiles for turning them
- Air boiler with oil or gas burner
The transport speed of the products is regulated electronically through an Inverter.
The normal working cycle is as follows:
- The products are spread on the rollers and depending on the speed and temperature are transferred to the end of the machine dried.
