The sorter is the trademark of our company which was implemented as an idea in 1996, due to the demand of citrus fruits with leaf in the market, its purpose is to quietly calibrate 10-12 tons per hour non-stop. The machine is designed to be part of a processing line for packing and sorting products.
General Machine Analysis:
- The external parts of the machine are made with painted metal sheets and beams, welded and/or screwed.
- Machine’s bases height is adjustable
- STANDOX triple coating paint
- Fruit conveyor belt
The transport speed of the products is regulated electronically through an Inverter.
The normal working cycle is as follows:
- The products roll onto the sorter and are sorted in the fruit boxes.
