The washing machine is a specially made machine consisting of cleaning brushes, hydrophilic brushes and an axial fan. The purpose of the washing machine is to clean very dirty products without injuring them. The machine is designed to be part of a processing line for packaging products.
General Machine Analysis:
- The external parts of the machine are made with painted metal sheets and beams, welded and/or screwed.
- STANDOX triple coating paint.
- Pump for spraying disinfectant liquid/foam with an umbrella type back bar.
- Water spray bars with flow regulator.
- Drainage tanks with solids retention filter and possibility to clean them.
- Large air flow turbines.

The transport speed of the products is regulated electronically through an Inverter.
The normal working cycle is as follows:
- The products are spread on the brushes and with the movement of the products and the water they are cleaned of dirt.
- They are then transferred under the fan which expels the greater percentage of moisture.
