The SK Machines Pre-Dryer is engineered for the effective removal of moisture immediately after washing. Utilizing a continuous rotation system, the produce is uniformly exposed to airflow throughout the entire length of the machine, ensuring ideal preparation for the next stage of the production line.

360° Continuous Rotation: Unlike standard dryers, this system ensures produce rotates uninterruptedly along the entire path, allowing hot air to contact every surface of the fruit for rapid drying.

CNC Precision Engineering: The hollow section frame and sheet metal panels are cut and formed using latest-generation CNC machinery, ensuring absolute roller parallelism and smooth mechanical movement.

Thermal Insulation & Efficiency: The chamber is constructed from specialized panels that minimize heat loss, offering significant savings in fuel/energy consumption.

Uniform Air Distribution: Equipped with strategically placed axial fans that maintain constant temperature and air pressure throughout the chamber.

High-Durability Materials: Available in Stainless Steel (Inox) or metal with triple-layer industrial coating, resistant to high humidity and temperature fluctuations.

Inverter Control: Rotation and advancement speeds are electronically regulated via Inverter, allowing for total control over the pre-drying intensity.
