Terms & Conditions of Use and Sale

Welcome to the SK Machines website. Browsing and use of this website, as well as all transactions conducted through it, are governed by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

SK Machines, based in Asini, Nafplio, specializes in the design and manufacture of machinery for the processing and packaging of fresh produce. These terms apply to all website content and every sales contract concluded between the company and its clients.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, photographs, videos, logos, and technical drawings of machinery) is the intellectual property of SK Machines. Reproduction, republication, or any use of this material without express written permission from the company is strictly prohibited.

3. Technical Specifications & Product Information

SK Machines makes every effort to ensure that technical specifications and descriptions (PLC, Inverters, CNC engineering, etc.) are accurate. However, the company reserves the right to modify technical features for the continuous improvement of its products without prior notice.

4. Orders & Custom Engineering

Any machinery order is considered final only upon the signing of the relevant quotation/contract and the payment of the pre-agreed down payment.
For custom-built solutions, specifications are finalized in collaboration with our technical department and cannot be modified once the production process (CNC cutting) has commenced.

5. Warranty & Technical Support

All SK Machines equipment is covered by a factory warranty [e.g., 1 or 2 years] against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover consumable parts (e.g., brushes, belts) or damages resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, or interventions by unauthorized personnel.

6. Limitation of Liability

SK Machines shall not be held liable for any loss of production or loss of profits incurred by the client due to machinery breakdown. Our liability is limited to the restoration of equipment functionality within the framework of the warranty.

7. Privacy Policy

Personal data collected through the contact form is used exclusively for customer service and is not disclosed to third parties, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Governing Law

Any dispute arising between SK Machines and the user/buyer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Greek courts, specifically the courts of Nafplio.
