Elevator is a specially made machine consisting of rollers for fruit processing. Lift is purposed to transport products from one point to another, between different heights. The machine is designed to be part of a processing line for packing and/or sorting products.
General Machine Analysis:
- The external parts of the machine are made with painted metal sheets and beams, welded and/or screwed.
- STANDOX triple coating paint.
- Machine’s bases height is adjustable
- The entrance of the products is lined with elastic material to protect them from impacts.
The transport speed of the products is regulated electronically through an Inverter.
The normal working cycle is as follows:
- The operator feeds the machine inlet with products.
- The products roll to the lift, where the roller system rotates them in such a way that the operator has the possibility to do a small-scale sorting, if desired.
